This is a school term, job level 9 ($24.89-$25.25), position to begin in the 2023-24 school year. The location and schedule are to be determined. Candidates must have completed an approved Certification or Associate Degree program as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant.
A speech language pathology assistant (SLPA) is responsible for providing direct, indirect, and consultative speech/communication therapy services in accordance with a student's Individualized Educational Plan (IEP). The speech language pathology assistant (SLPA) also adapts school and classroom environments, tools, and materials in collaboration with the Speech Language Pathologist to improve student communication.
